**UPDATE: Ornithopter has been replaced with Vault Skirge, and we have added a plates of Porcelain Legionnaire - a powerhouse for 2 mana and 2 life when he needs to be cast this way. Other additions include Myr Enforcer and Glassdust Hulk. Soul Manipulation has been added to the SB, along with Stoic Rebuttal and Angelic Purge.
So, this is an Esper artifact pauper deck. Etherium Sculptor will reduce the cost of almost all the spells in this deck (save for Stoic Rebuttal and Thoughtcast - both of which have reduced costs in accordance with the number of artifacts on the battlefield). Get Darksteel Citadel, Seat of the Synod, Ancient Den, and Vault of Whispers out early, along with Ornithopter for some defense, and artifact numbers in the early game. Use those Thoughtcast to keep re-uping the hand, and get the lands you need/mana you need with Chromatic Sphere, Traveler's Amulet, Vedalken Engineer, Leaden Myr, and even Scuttlemutt. Scuttlemutt has the unique ability of turning an artifact into any color(s) you choose, so Esper Stormblade has another way to get turned on. As for the creature package, yes, I know I could've just made this an entirely colorless deck - but where's the fun in that?
