Omnath, Locus of Mana is a particular Legend from Worldwake that act as asymmetrical Upwelling on a stick and buff itself for each green mana in our mana pull.
I Think the best way to make it work as commander is in a ramp voltron shell but, since it doesn't care where the green mana comes from, we can ramp however we want.
This list is about a classic ramp deck, with a lot of lands and ramp spell, form Explosive Vegetation to Llanowar Elves. The 1 mana ramp are pretty important to cast Omnath turn 2, so I included the most useful of them. Passed the early turns, it's good to have some more big ramp, but we don't want to use too much mana or Omnath will lose to mush stats.
The good thing is that, for each +1/+1 our commander takes, we can lower the number of turns needed to win with Command damage and Omnath can grow fast, the bad thing is that, if Omnath dies, we can easly loose all the mana we spared. So, Upwelling is in for redundancy and, if our commander is about to die, we can use some good instant effect like Chord of Calling, Greater Good or Momentous Fall to waste nothing.
Using lands to gain mana, it's useful tu play some untap effects like Bear Umbra, Garruk Wildspeaker, Nissa, Worldwaker, Seedborn Muse, Wilderness Reclamation and, if our budget can afford it, Sword of Feast and Famine.
Having access to a good number of land and mana, we can even win with Avenger of Zendikar and Craterhoof Behemoth combo, tutorable with Tooth and Nail, even if we don't play a lot of creatures.
If you are a creature tipe of guy, I made a elf tribal ramp list, so check it out! So those are my ideas on Omnath, Locus of Mana, hope you can have fun with it!
