With Rivals of Ixalan we got the cool cicle of Elder Dinosaurs and Etali, Primal Storm just pretended to be the next star in this commander series.
Red big creature, Etali, Primal Storm exiles a card from the top of each library (even our own!) and let us cast every card we want without paying its mana cost.
So, the best way to play is trying to cast it as soon as possible, with cards like Sol Ring and Ruby Medallion, protect it with equipment like Lightning Greaves or General's Kabuto and give it haste with card like Anger or Generator Servant.
With Etali, Primal Storm in play, we want to attack as much as possible and here there are cards like Aggravated Assault and Relentless Assault. We even got Strionic Resonator that let us exile twice with one attack.
With in mind that we are going to exile and play for free our cards too, we want to have nice and big creatures, like Emrakul, the Promised End, Kozilek, Butcher of Truth and Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger. We can also play Blightsteel Colossus, creature that can surprise some opponents with all the cards we have to give our creature haste.
This is the basic version of the deck, but it's possible to make it faster and stronger with better manarocks and better lands, like the snow one.
Just get caught by the storm and try to steal the best cards from your opponents.

Considerando che esilieremo e giocheremo gratuitamente anche le nostre carte, vogliamo avere a disposizione creature grandi e belle, come Emrakul, the Promised End, Kozilek, Butcher of Truth e Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger.
