Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive is one of the most particular legendary creature in all Dominaria and, of course, she will have a place in this Commander Deck Tech Series.
Making unblockable all the "small" sort of creature, we can build around this ability playing aggressively a trying to overwhelm our opponents.
With this in mind, we would fill the board with unblockable creatures with particular effect, like Cephalid Constable or Hope of Ghirapur, but we will rely mostly on the ones that will make us draw, like Scroll Thief.
To keep drawing we run cards like Bident of Thassa and like Rogue's Gloves, but we have to protect our board to avoid losing everithing. For this reason, we run Teferi's Veil and Counterspell s.
To burst our damage, we can play Umezawa's Jitte, Blade of Selves and Bloodforged Battle-Axe, but we can win in other ways.
Drawing a lot of cards, we can play Laboratory Maniac and try to draw from our empty deck or we can mill our opponents with Jace's Erasure or Sphinx's Tutelage.
Keep drawing cards, even Psychosis Crawler and Chasm Skulker could become real threat, while Stolen Identity could give use even another way to win.
Just keep playing and drawing cards, protect the board and swing without problem thanks to Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive!

Semplicemente, continua a pescare e giocare carte, proteggi quello che hai costruito e attacca senza preoccuparti grazie a Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive!
