SOI BW Control (Standard)

After many iterations, I feel like this is the best version of this deck and a great call in any metagame. This version of BW control is going much heavier on the Planeswalker theme and trying to win by simply overwhelming your opponent with resources by turn six. With a sub-theme of a token strategy alongside a couple of copies of Westvale Abbey, sometimes you can just get your opponent with an endstep Secure the Wastes or make profitable blocks with an instant speed Secure before blocks.

The sideboard is very interchangeable, but the reason I have gone this direction with the board is because generally my opponent sees enough of my deck in game one to realize that there are no creatures in the main. That causes them to remove at least some of their creature removal, allowing me to board into Archangel Avacyn and Linvala, the Preserver and gain a ton of value from the big creatures.

This deck is my baby, and i will continue to tinker with it as long as it is in the format! Hope you liked the list and if you have and questions or suggestions I am definitely open to them! Thanks for the read!
