I know gitaxian probe is banned take it out if you want to play modern and put in pyretic ritual or lightning bolt etc

This is my masterpeice for now, a super budget deck that kicks butt and leaves those tier one stuck-up deck builders crying.
Also, sorry this sideboard is so bad, I just put it together quickly, but it serves it's purpose and should be adapted to your metagame/budget. Not to mention the sideboard is 3 times more than the deck itself.

The basic playstyle of this deck is to play a one drop creature first turn, if it is Monastery Swiftspear just swing for one, without any buffs. Second turn, you can usually play another creature, or set off a Pyretic Ritual, Brute Force, and Temur Battle Rage, and a Mutagenic Growth, swinging for 20. That is a pretty typical hand.

Here is a random hand from the 'Starting Hand' generator
Blistercoil Weird, 2 Mutagenic Growths, Pyretic Ritual, Temur Battle Rage, Assault Strobe, and a Mountain. First turn I play the Mountain, tap it and play Blistercoil Weird (This is assuming I go first). Second turn what I drew was a Mountain. I play that. I tap 2 to play Pyretic Ritual, and there is 3 is my mana pool. I tap 2 and play Temur Battle Rage and Assault Strobe on Blistercoil Weird. Then I pay 4 life to play both Mutagenic Growths.
This takes a little bit of math. +4/+4 from both Mutagenic Growths, but from Blistercoil Weirds' ability it gets +2/+2 more. Remember that Blistercoil Weird was out when we played Pyretic Ritual, Temur Battle Rage and Assault Strobe. That is another +3/+3. And Blistercoil Weird gets double strike and trample From Temur Battle Rage's ferocious ability.
So this 1/1 gets +9/+9 overall, so it is a 10/10 with double strike and trample second turn. If your opponent has no creatures, that is a fatal attack. If they do have a creature, it probably won't be especially powerful and you can get in about 18 points of damage. Assuming you didn't kill them, the next turn they are at 2 and I drew a Brute Force, swinging for 5, which is fatal.

Options For Cards:
Good cards that I put in the sideboard are as follows:
Lightning Bolt - Lightning Bolt is a decent sideboard matchup for some quick removal and can be the third or maybe fourth turn final hit. While playtesting I found my opponent to be at one or two third turn and then at instant speed, BOOM, game over.
Manamorphose - For card draw and setting off creature's abilities
Simian Spirit Guide - Free mana can make an extremely explosive play more explosive
Spellskite - Because, Spellskite
Vexing Devil - This card is kind of complicated because it has potential, is a good first turn play for either 4 damage or a 4/3, but easily dies to removal and doesn't have the ability to give itself any buffs. I put a playset of these in the sideboard because they do help when you play them, but the price ($) may not be worth it.

Maybe cards would be something like Goblin Guide or Furnace Scamp, but neither is really good enough to make the deck. Manamorphose is great, and an edition I would add but it's kind of expensive.

The card I am most sad to leave out is Gitaxian Probe, because it works perfectly in this deck, but sadly, is not legal in modern. It will cost about $7 for a playset, and if you just play casual, get Gitaxian Probe in place of a Desperate Ritual or Pyretic Ritual. It gives you a huge advantage because you see your opponent's hand and get to draw a card, and sets off your creature's buff.

One More Thing:
The playstyle for this deck is pretty simple, but one thing I would like to point that can be easily overlooked is Kiln Fiend. It may very well be the best card in the whole deck because you probably won't get it able to attack until 3rd turn, but when it attacks, it is absolutely devastating. There have been instances where I have swung for over 60 DAMAGE 3rd turn, and the look on an opponents face after that is what makes playing a super budget deck so fun.

Like and comment about this deck! I would love to hear what you have to say!

****Reading through this a year later and feeling very stupid. This deck's entire gameplan is thrown off by a single removal spell. big stupid
