U/R Thopter-Impact (Standard)

Welcome to my U/R Thopter-Impact-Deck!

I played it on Gameday and went 4-0. I love to play this deck. It's very constant and makes a lot of fun.

With Thopter Engineer, Whirler Rogue, Pia and Kiran Nalaar, Foundry of the Consuls and Hangarback Walker of course, we put a lot of Thopters into play. Pia and Kiran Nalaar also allow us to sacrifice our Hangarback Walker if the opponent doesn't remove it. A Hangarback Walker with lots of Counters on it, works very well with Whirler Rogue, too.

With Chief of the Foundry and Shaman of the Great Hunt our Thopters will get bigger. The draw-ability of the Shaman is very good, too.

In every match on Gameday I played against Hangarback Walker. My opponents almost freaked out, when I exiled their Walkers with Reality Shift or Touch of the Void and they didn't get any Thopters.

You won't believe it, but one of my favourite cards in this deck is Impact Tremors. If you put it onto the battlefield on turn 2, it will deal a lot of damage to your opponent for free, the next turns. In this deck, the card is absolutely insane.

To get some more cardadvantage, we play Artificer's Epiphany and Jace, Vryn's Prodigy.
