BU Devoid Aggro (Standard)

My first deck I've made post rotation.
Pretty much drop a lot of creatures, usually using the scions as sacrifice fodder for the Altar's Reap's and Bone Splinters. Tormented Thoughts combos well with Ghostfire Blade + Ruination Guide + Anything. Zulaport Cutthroat is residual damage and game sustain. I originally had 1 Ruthless Deathfang and 1 Gruesome Slaughter instead of 2 Dead Drop's, but I feel like Dead Drop works with the deck better. Read the bones, Salvage Drone, and Blighted Cataract help for card draw so you don't run out of steam.

If there are ANY recommendations for MB or SB options, don't hesitate to mention something!
The curve is made to fit most SB options well.

For a budget friendly version, swap out the Polluted Delta with Evolving Wild: This cuts the price in about half and it is essentially the same!

After watching the pro tour top 8, I am confident this deck can preform very well against most of the top 8 decks.

Against Atarka Red.
Turn 1 Salvage Drone
2 Ghostfire Blade
3 Tormented Thoughs
This is probably the most effective path, they will run out of steam and you have the draw off of salvage drone.
SB in Rising Miasma/ Ulamog's Nullifier to wipe creatures/ counter their combo and trade with a creature

Against Jeskai (Dark Included)
Ruinous Path for planes walkers, Languish for Wingmate Roc and Mantis Rider. Add a little bit of counterspells.
Ghostfire Blade on any Hangarback tokens or Skyspawner + Ruination Guide also deal with Mantis Rider

Abzan
Languish again to deal with mostly all creatures besides siege rhino and spot removal. GFB + Sludge Crawler/ bone splinters or dead drop would work extremely well in this matchup
Ruinious path to deal with gideon.

A specific card that would probably screw with this deck a lot is silk wrap, but my answer to that pre-SB would probably be altar's reap (just sac whoever is being targeted), post SB spell shrivel/ Nullifier.

I know there are definitely cards I am missing that would be very strong against this deck but overall this should preform well against a lot of the competition.

I will be testing this deck for the first time competitively at FNM tomorrow and probably game day. I will update how well it preforms (I'll be using the budget version).

This deck looks cool on paper but it under performs against the current meta. It can possibly work with some tweaking but all in all it's unplayable.
