Sideboard for Lifesteal Mill.

Use Dark Deal and Taigam's Scheming to get ahead.
Use Dark Deal and Sphinx's Tutelage to mill opponent.
Use Displacement Wave and Dark Deal to mill more.
Use Send to Sleep to stall game very efficiently.
Use Retreat to Coralhelm and Skyline Cascade.
Creates a 0 cost tap creature that doesn't untap.
While providing you with a land to tap next turn.

Fascination is a little bit self destructive here.
Much like Damnable Pact. But of a different kind.
It has the most mill potential since it adds draw to opponent.
You can just mill though if your opponent has no cards.
Best used on an opponent with cards or low mana.
Mage-Ring Network should cast it more easily.

Use Polluted Delta if you have them.
Use Sunken Hollow sparingly, with at least two Deltas.

Multiplayer consideration for the fact that it rarely targets.
Sideboard removes those easily for lifesteal.
