With the banning of Paradox Engine, Isochron Scepter takes the back seat in this list. Twister style loops have been dropped and the deck has a streamlined focus of winning through drawing out. Lab Man will be slotted soon when acquired.

How to Win:

Play Jace, Wielder of Mysteries or Laboratory Maniac, empty your library, and win.

Ways to empty your library are:

Demonic Consultation
Tainted Pact
Situationally, Plunge into Darkness.
Ad Nauseam + Angel's Grace
Situationally, Ad Nauseam
Alternatively, using infinite mana, you may empty your library with Thrasios, Triton Hero activations. To do this, you need 3 mana worth of tap abilities on nonland permanents that you can tap indefinitely, and an Isochron Scepter in play naming Dramatic Reversal. You can then generate mana on each activation of Dramatic Reversal.
Casting Ad Nauseam or Plunge into Darkness to draw into another method.

To activate your win condition, use a Jace activation or Brainstorm or Preordain or Ponder or Windfall or use a draw trigger from Tymna, the Weaver or Rhystic Study or Mystic Remora or any draw trigger that is available.

Major Synergies to look for:

Sensei's Divining Top and any shuffle effect
Tymna the Weaver and other creatures
Narset, Parter of Veils or Notion Thief, and Windfall
Silence to open a combo turn
Dark Petition or Ad Nauseam, and Dark Ritual or Cabal Ritual
Mystic Remora, Rhystc Study, Sylvan Library or Necropotence, and interaction
