This is a very high powered Kozileck Deck that is intended to battle against powerful decks that are slightly below cEDH level.
The Commander is not Kozilek the Great Distortion because he rarely draws more than 4 cards and the Butcher is simply the bigger threat on the board. This however can easily be swapped.
The Ramp package is tight with a focus on lower CMC spells, which include expensive cards like Mana Crypt, Mox Opal and Candelabra of Tawnos. The Candelabra can be swapped against any other Land if its not available, it does however do a LOT of work with Multi Mana lands and with Forsaken Monument powers the entire deck into overdrive. The remaining cards are fairly simple choices with a focus on low mana cost and untap effects via Manifold and Voltaic Key. Basalt and Grim Monolith (only with Forsaken Monument) can be used to go infinite.
Tutors are rarely efficient, compared to other format staples. These are mainly used to get game ending threats or missing combo pieces.
Removal: The removal suite is fairly lean. Powder Keg is mainly to kill tokens, Jester Cap for removing win conditions, Nev Disk is a normal board wipe, Steel Hellkite needs an attack to do his work, but is also mainly used to keep the Token players in check, Predator, Ugin and Karn are decent spot removal, Wurmcoil is just a very strong card that gets a lot of life and can be used 2x to kill attacking creatures. All is Dust and Ugin Spirit Dragon are just a typical board wipes. The remaining cards will finish a game if left unchecked.
The Stax suite is fairly light with only 9 effects and not many pure Stax-effects, but it should provide a few rounds to get up to speed.
Utility artifacts are fairly simple. Senseis is there to manipulate top decks, Scroll Rack and Memory Jar for the draw, Doubling Cube lets us dump the entire hand and Staff of Domination allows us to go infinite with enough artifacts in hand when f.e. the Metalworker is used. Sword is mainly for additional Mana, the copying artifacts for additional ramp or stax effects.
Copy effects are strong and with Lithoform Engine there is another major card for this deck. It does everything.
The alternative wincon is now possible due to Forsaken Monument, providing a very good lifegain source. Tomb of the Spirit Dragon, Miren the Moaning Well, Atherflux itself, Wurmcoil Engine and Forsaken Monument will gain enough life to kill at least 1 opponent with it.
The lands should be clearly labled, why they are part of the deck. Overall the deck has 37 lands, 21 ramp spells in the ramp category as well as Conduit of Ruin and Ugin the Ineffable as additional ramp, so that this deck is around 60% mana base plus ramp.
Gameplan is usually simply, use Turn 1-4 to play stax and ramp effects, start pressuring the leader at turn 5 and build on that until you can take over.
