Enchantments and Angels have gone hand in hand pretty well in Standard for a while now. After SOI added a few new angels I wanted to try a sort of change up outside of the Black/White archetype this deck typically holds.
The basic strategy here is to utterly control your opponent's movements while waiting or ramping with the Vessel of Volatilty to get your rather mana intensive creatures out. Typically I do my best to keep things within a very cheap budget, but the Archangel of the Tithes is just too instrumental in this battle plan. Archangel Avacyn belongs in here as well, because she's a monster, but for the sake of thriftiness she's in the sideboard. But if you have her, play her. Due to the high number of enchantments in this build, Starfield of Nyx was an obvious addition, as was the Sigil of the Empty Throne. An angel spawning enchantment that can become a 5/5 creature that effectively can't die... Yeah.. It takes a minute to start rolling, but once it does it doesn't slow down.
Sideboard on this are mainly instants and sorceries that can utilize Madness and help add removal and card draw. It's nothing fancy. The Aegis Angel is in there too, because it can be a substantial aid. Especially if you want make something that much more difficult to remove, like the Starfield.
Anyways, thoughts are welcome. This is not an aggressive strategy by any means. But it has the capacity to be an answer to them. Also, one may be better suited to drop Impact Tremors for Dragon Tempest. It was a toss up.
