This is a take on a deck that I helped a friend of mine build. The essential concept is simply this: mill, kill and take. Between Necromantic Summons and Hedonist's Trove you can turn your opponent's deck against them. Getting Delirium to trigger should be cake which makes the Manic Scribe a surprisingly destructive mill engine in addition to the Stranger's removal. The Accursed Witch is a brutal card that demands removal and it's transformed version makes mill spells like Startled Awake and Talent, as well as the oh so splendid Trove, cheaper to play. Don't hesitate to use it as the target for Sidisi's Exploit ability to search your deck. Also, the two Sidisi's are why there is only one Trove. It's more beneficial to have two 4/6 Deathtouch creatures that can dig out the one seven drop enchantment than three of said enchantments... Most of the rest should be self-explanatory as removal or further graveyard hijinks (Rise). The Scarecrow digs out land and acts as Delirium fodder and the Necromaster is a milling/creature producing beast of a card. Seriously underrated card..
Lastly the sideboard is a few added combat tricks in the form of a board wipe and counter spells, in addition to Planeswalkers. While I could say that this was done for budget reasons (like I typically do), it's not... While each of these cards are very strong and can each help the deck, not one of them is needed for it to function and be a threat. My friend runs both Ob and Lilly, but the deck performs almost best when he doesn't draw them. So I threw them in the sideboard in case people wanted to add them, but the deck works just fine with or without them. Day's Undoing is in there for recursion, in case you face another mill or a lot of enchantment breaks. Inverter for another counter-mill, and an extra Trove for decks that hate enchantments.
