A mill control deck that seeks to disrupt opponents and uses Scarab God's ability to gain value from opponents creatures.

This is a deck that uses counter spells to prevent opponents playing key pieces and can use removal to keep opposing creatures off the board. The SG's reanimation ability is used to support this plan by essentially stealing opposing value to keep the board under control and also being a mana sink if no interaction has been needed that turn cycle.
As the commander is a value piece rather than crucial to the deck, the opening hand is ideally looking to ramp and get a piece of mill engine online early.
