Viewing revision 60. There is a more recent version of this deck.
Jund Ramp deck that uses a variety of ramp spells, cost reducers, and mana-rocks to power out a fleet of dragons as quickly as possibles. Board-sweepers keep other threats at bay, and Karrthus' ETB trigger can be used to control rival dragons and combo with Descent of the Dragons if enough mana is available. Once board dominance is established, send the fleet in for an alpha strike.
Design "Flavor" Note: Karrthus, Lathliss, and Drakuseth are the only Legendary Dragons in this list to help distinguish it from the Ur-Dragon deck in my collection. Ur-Dragon uses exclusively Legendary Dragons as a stylistic conceit to the Ur-Dragon being the progenitor of all the Dragons of Legend. In this case, Karrthus - a Tyrant, and therefore monarch of his domain- could be said to rule along-side a Queen in the person of Lathliss, while Drakuseth can be thought of as the Admiral of the fleet of Dragons given his emphasis on combat.
