Updates

Update 18/11/2013: IGG back in the SB (instead of one EtW, I never played the two EtW), and added one Massacre instead of the Diabolic Tutor (I played it really a few times).

Update 28/08/2013: removed Ill-Gotten Gains from SB, moved one duress from MD to SD instead (target for burning wish), removed one abrupt decay from SB, added one empty the warrens for full EtW plan (switch ad nauseam for one EtW, and the second in SD as target for burning wish), added one gitaxian probe instead of the duress MD (yeah, room for the playset !).
This version only provides 6 discards (3 duress and 3 cabal therpay), but the 3 burning wishes allows to retrieve the duress in the SB, we have virtually access to 9 discards.

Sideboarding

During sideboarding, we can't remove any engine (do you know 'suicide'?), but we can swap ad nauseam if the matchup is too life points punishing (burn, deathblade etc.).
We can't also remove one playset of cards, it would impact too much the reliability of the deck.
Thus, sideboarding will consist in removing one card by one card, with this priority:
-1 gitaxian probe, -1 cabal ritual, -1 gitaxian probe, -1 cabal ritual, -1 infernal tutor, -1 gitaxian probe, -1 cabal therapy

Gitaxian probe is one of the greatest cards of the deck, as it can allow you to know if you can go or not, it draws, with phyrexian cost. On the other hand, if you lost game one due to counterspells or haters, gitaxian probe will not help you to win the second game. When there is only one probe remaining in the deck, we can remove one cabal therapy, else we may cast too much blind therapies.

Regarding land:
-1 basic land -> +1 dual land

The general ideas while sideboarding:
-> if fast clock needed or if opponent deck is really painful, switch to empty the warrens plan:
-1 ad nauseam
+1 empty the warrens

-> if lot of counterspells:
-1 swamp, -2 gitaxian probe, -1 cabal ritual
+1 bayou, +3 xantid swarm

-> if hate cards, usually chain of vapors are enough (work for leylines, batterskull etc.) :
-1 gitaxian probe, -1 cabal ritual
+2 Chain of Vapor

-> if lots of hates, add abrupt decay (not working against leylines etc.):
-1 cabal ritual, -1 infernal tutor
+2 abrupt decay
