The purpose of this deck is to ramp up fast, play Mirror March and then drop creatures for ETB effects. Here are some potential turns. Turn 1: Llanowar Elf. Turn 2: Either a Llanowar Elf or an Incubation Druid and land. Turn 3: Circuitous Route. Turn 4: Mirror March. Now Drop creatures like Goblin Chainwhirler or Ravenous Chupacabra and hope for a lot of duplicates.

You can also drop these creatures (Goblin Chainwhirler or Ravenous Chupacabra) earlier to slow your opponent down and later drop Marwyn, or an Incubation Druid. If you win a lot of flips you can attack with really powerful Marwyns, or use one of her to play a Path of Discovery followed by a Wildgrowth Walker. If the Walker copies a lot of times, then you have stabilized and will continue to reap the benefits no matter what you draw. If you win a lot of flips with the Incubation Druid, then you can adapt the one which stays and then use her for mana.

A best case scenario is that you drop a Marwyn and she copies and then you drop an incubation druid and it copies, which buffs Marwyn.

To make this deck more budget, here are some suggestions. Drop the Ravenous Chupacabras and Assassin's Trophies for 3 Lightning Strikes, 3 Fountain of Renewal and 2 Lava Coil. Change the Overgrown Tombs to Gruul Guildgates. Add 4 forests and two mountains and remove the Woodland Cemeteries.

As much as I know that Goblin Chainwhirler is more expensive, keep him. He may still see play in modern (not likely, but it is possible), and he does so much. If you win three flips you have dealt your opponent four damage and have wiped their board. In addition, I suspect that this deck will have trouble with aggro such as mono red and mono blue tempo. He can stop mono red in their tracks. If you must swap out chainwhirler, then swap him out for either Viashino Pyromancer, Demanding Dragon, or Inferno Hellion. Pyromancer is low on curve and still burns them if you can get out Mirror March. If Demanding Dragon is played after Mirror March then you may make them sacrifice a lot of creatures. If you can win three flips with an Inferno Hellion, then they probably lose.

As for the Stomping Grounds and Rootbound Crags, keep them in. They see play in Modern and EDH, so they are worth getting. Instead of Incubation Druid's, you can use druid of the cowl. Hopefully this reduces the cost.

You may add Grunn, the Lonely King and remove one of both Path of Discovery and Wildgrowth Walker in the process.
