Here is a description of several possibilities of what the deck might do. All of these strategies rely on ramping mana with Cryptolith Rite and adding goblins.
Turn 1: Add g/r, add stoneforge masterwork to the battlefield. Turn 2: Add r/g and add crytolith rite. Turn 3: Add red and cast hordeling outburst. Turn 4: If you have no mana tap all goblins plus your 3 mana to add Chandra Flamecaller. Use her to hurt your opponent.
Other things that are available are scavenging ooze's graveyard hate. With goblins that are able to be used as mana, you can tap these and any green mana to add counters to scavenging ooze, gain life, and reduce your opponent's graveyard. The mana can tap to add Deus of Calamity and add a Goblin Chieftain and equip him with stoneforge masterwork if your opponent has no removal.
