The goal of this deck is to play Delver of Secrets first turn. Then hold off until you can either a) get a Thing in the Ice flipped, or b) get enough land to attack with celestial colonnade. Think Twice and Serum Visions draw cards, remove ice counters. Supreme Verdict is there against zoo or other decks with a lot of creatures. Ghost Quarters are there to play against decks like scapeshift, titan scapeshift, and tron. Surgical Extraction is there for these decks as well as against decks that use combo's (Kiki-Jiki/Restoration Angel, Melira Coco, Anafenza Coco, etc.). Since you will be playing a lot of non-creature spells, Myth Realized will grow huge. Spellskite is there to protect Jace and Thing in the Ice.

As for the sideboard, Pithing Needle is there against Karn and Ugin, Kiki-Jiki, Viscera Seer, etc. Disenchant is there against affinity/infect/(decks that use worship or other enchantments). Rest in Peace is there against any decks that use graveyard shenanigans. The fog banks are in the sideboard against decks without burn. The extra ghost quarter and surgical extraction are there to increase the likelihood of stopping Tron, scapeshift and/or combo decks.
