Everyone seems to be running this deck type so I apologize if it you are all sick of seeing it. Still with that aside it is a very fun deck to play.

Ideal hand should have a painland or swamp and Thornbow Archer. Stay on the offense and play Shaman of the park early and often.
Use Duress turn 3 or 4 to get rid of Languish. Personally I don't want to run Duress because I'd rather run more creatures but the fact is Languish will put the brakes on this deck, you want it gone. Other than that it can also be use to get rid of powerful cards like Kologhan's Command, Atarka's Command or Bring to Light (although you should be fast enough to beat a Bring to Light strategy anyway.
Use Collected Company when you can, best thing to get with a coco is a Shaman of the Pack and a Dwynen's Elite. They resolve at the same time so you get an additional elf from Dwynen's Elite, thus dealing one extra damage. Of course if you are really lucky you might coco for 2 Shaman of the Packs.
Replaced Temur Sabertooth with Sylvan Advocate due to rotation. A 2/3 with vigilance that gets bigger right when you should be about to win is pretty good, I am tempted to add Hissing Quagmire so I can make better use of Sylvan Advocate's ability but man-lands seem a bit too slow for this kind of deck.
Also just remember, if you manage to flip Nissa (at which point you should be almost victorious) always -2 her right from the get go. Getting a 4/4 out for 0 mana is too good to pass up.

Sideboard:
The obvious Naturalizes and Plummets are there to have your back against heavy enchantment/artifact/flyers decks.
If you are matched up against another rush deck then you will both slow each other down. Because of this Bone Splinters no longer becomes optimal because you can't afford to lose a potential blocker. For this take out 4 Bone Splinters in place of the 2 Visions of Brutality and 2 Touch of Moonglove. The Visions of Brutality can turn almost any creature into a vegetable and the Touch of Moonglove is a nice little trick that can help defend you against bigger creatures and keep the pressure on your opponents life total.
Run Infinite Obliteration for obvious reasons. Seige Rhino, Baby Jace, Monastery Swiftspear and Hangarback Walker are all prime targets just waiting to be exiled. Plus it is very satisfying to see 4 Jaces which cost your opponent one of their kidneys all hanging out in exile.
Pulse of Murasa is a bit iffy for me. I decided to include it against aggro match ups in hopes that the life gain and the recursion of a dead Shaman of the Pack might push me over the line. I have yet to test it in the deck so I will likely update soon if it works well or if it should be replaced with something else.
