A deck designed to solve one of the fundamental problems of EDH: Powerlevels at a given table can vary wildly. This deck aims to solve that problem, winning by only using spells from your opponents' decks, by cascading into Mind's Dilation.

There are two other spells in the deck that can get hit with cascade, as Maelstrom Wanderer has two cascade triggers, giving you a 66% of hitting Mind's dilation if you have seen none of the three cards. Ideally you would mulligan aggressively until you hit one of the two cards, which help you ramp into an early Maelstrom Wanderer: Burgeoning and Manabond.

Lands either help you survive until you can cast Wanderer or help you ramp into casting Wanderer faster.
