Thopter Invasion (EDH / Commander)

Hey there. Thanks for checking this deck out. This Thopter monster is a mix between a combo and an aggro deck. What does that mean? Well its a deck with many wincons, lets break them down.

Aggro.
The basic idea behind this deck is getting as many thopters on the field as possible. The main combo to do this is Sharding Sphinx+Phyrexian Metamorph and smacking face with even 1 thopter. If they are out or if you are able to make tokens of the Sharding Sphinx this can equal a ton of tokens fast. So okay we have a ton of thopters, what can we do with them now? Shared Animosity just lets you go straight beat sticks for massive damage, or use your token army to do direct damage.
Ghirapur Aether Grid/Kyren Negotiations+Goblin Bombardment allow you to double down on this and get 2 damage in for each creature in most cases. Feldon of the Third Path could allow you make a token of any of your big fliers if they are in the graveyard and mix that with Brudiclad`s ability to transform all you tokens into another token and go to town.

Combo
Here`s the fun part, so your not really interested in interacting with you opponent. The game plan starts off the same Sharding Sphinx+Phyrexian Metamorph but this is were the game plan changes. Enter the ETB damage friends Purphoros, Impact Tremors, and Reckless Fireweaver. They will all deal damage to all opponents when ever a thopter comes into play. Best part is with a good number of your creatures they bring a couple thopter friends with them.

Okay so one combo wasn`t good enough for you? Well fine here is another. With all the cards that are going to make you thopters why not attach a Mechanized Production on one and watch as everyone starts panicking as they try and figure out a way to destroy the thopter or enchantment. Or better yet do it with your
Vedalken Orrery on your opponents end step and laugh.

So I see you're still not pleased with only 3 Win-con combos. Okay okay, well here is the last one. Hellkite Tyrant and Mycosynth Lattice. Enough said.

To get either of these strategies running there is numerous ways to reduce the cost of artifact and spells throughout the deck. you can also build the Nev`s disk lock with Nevinyrral's Disk+Mycosynth Lattice+Darksteel Forge. The other main way of controling the board is making your entire deck indestructible and hexproof. You accomplish this by combining Padeem, Consul of Innovation+Mycosynth Lattice+Darksteel Forge.
