there are a few different ways to go. there are a few board wipes and there is a combo or 2 as well. the main strategy is to go wide with myr tokens and darksteel forge to keep them on the board after a board wipe. time sieve and thopter assembly are there to go infinite on turns. all the guldgates are in and maze's end is another win con as well. door to nothingness helps and you can recur anything with kuldotha forgemaster. making tons of myr to sac to him means you can pretty much get anything out o the graveyard at any point. it needs some help to get it up to speed but I think it is pretty competitive for a budget ish deck.
