Shinobi no masaru, translates to the ninja's edge or ninja's advantage

Faerie seer and Changeling outcast are small creatures with evasion to help get ninjas out. Use counter spells and removal/bounce spells to control the board allowing your ninjas to get through. Ninja of the Deep Hours, Ingenious Infiltrator, and Changeling Outcast (as long as you have Ingenious Infiltrator on the board) will give you great draw power and card advantage, hence the name.

Using those ninjas, Night's Whisper, and Remand to draw frequently, you will be able to get 8/8 krakens relatively quickly with Ominous Seas. It will provide a possible mid to late-game finisher or an alternate win con if necessary. If you end up drawing more than one, you have the option of either casting it and getting twice as many krakens or cycling it which will speed up the first one. It all depends on how the game goes

Let me know what you think!
