Kithkin tribal modern (Modern) [Revision 4]

I have played this deck in the GP Barcelona in 2008 and I achieved a 5-3, not sufficient to pass to the second day but it destroyed decks with more expensive cards and lost to combo.

Kithkins are a great tribe with small creatures that can be big with Wizened Cenn and Wilt-Leaf Liege. But sometimes it is possible with a third turn Spectral Procession and a fourth turn Liege to hit with at least six hit points in this turn. If first and second turn has been profitable with Goldmeadow Stalwart or Figure of Destiny and Wizened Cenn or Knight of Meadowgrain, the damage dealt could be of 14.

The Flagstones of Trokair is a great addition thanks to my friends that insisted to play the four copies. With one in play, the second checks for two basic Plains and emptying the deck of lands. Horizon Canopy is just for draw a card if needed.

Kinsbaile Borderguard was tested but it was preferable playing other cards in order to make more pressure with other cards so I kept 3 copies on the side.

Nevertheless, now is not a budget deck and I think that it could be competitive ten years after. Addition of new cards are necessary. Mentor of the Meek or Thalia are necessary. Perhaps the deck won't be as fast as ten years ago but it will gain anti combo cards, the true problem.
