To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
One of my favorite and oldest decks :) In the following there is a description why I play these cards
Counterbalance: Counter Balance is a great way to slow down the opponent a bit. Combined with Sensei's Divining Top the chance is much higher, to counters spells of the enemy
Tolarian Academy: Simply a must have for an artifact-Deck
Ensnaring Bridge: Great way to stop annoying attacks
Glimmervoid: Fits perfectly in a multicolored artifact-Deck
Enlightened Tutor: Ideally spell for artifacts and enchantments. In combination with Sensei's Divining Top you can draw the desired card directly
Isochron Scepter: Useful tool. Simply imprint spells like Enlightened Tutor, Swords to Plowshares, Orim's Chant or Argivian Find
Hanna's Custody: Important Enchantment to protect your artifacts
Darksteel Reactor: The passive option to win. Use the Contagion Clasp to multiply his counters
Triskelion: Useful creature with the ability to "shoot-down" creatures and reduce the enemies lifepoints. Use the Contagion Clasp to multiply his counters
Swords to Plowshares: Simply exile annoying creatures. Don't care about the life gain
Mishra's Workshop: Very useful land for the first rounds to get a quick start into the game
Voltaic Key: You could say, it's a keycard for this deck ;) Very useful to untap the Isochron Scepter or get some extra mana with Sol Ring, Mana Vault or Everflowing Chalice. Moreover you can load up the Lux Cannon or create some more artifacts with the Prototype Portal. At its best, untap Time Vault to get an endless amount of rounds
Orim's Chant: Just a little annoying spell to skip an enemy's turn and get some time
Time Vault: Only useable with Voltaic Key. Simply untap Time Vault and an extra turn after this one. In this upkeep Voltaic Key will get untaped again, to untap Time Vault again :)
Energy Chamber: Just a little gimmick to load up artifacts with additional counters or boost your creatures
Contagion Clasp: An essential part of the deck. His main task is to proliferate
Black Lotus: Useful artifact to boost you in the first rounds
Arcbound Ravager: Very strong creature. Let him grow round by round to attack the enemy and if it dies, simply put his counters on one of his copies or Triskelion
Buried Ruin: His only task is to return an artifact to your hand from graveyard. Just in case.
Sensei's Divining Top: Valuable artifact to plan your carddraw for the next rounds. Very annoying in combination with Counterbalance ;)
Sol Ring: Little mana source for between
Mana Vault: Mighty mana source. Use the Voltaic Key to untap it regularly
Academy Ruins: The better version of Buried Ruins. Unfortunately a legend
Tundra: First choice for blue-white multicolor-decks
Tinker: Another tutor for artifacts. Sometimes the last chance to avert your defeat
Flooded Strand: Best way to get the suitable mana again and again
Prototype Portal: Nice gimmick to doublicate your artifacts. In best case imprint the second Prototype Portal to create every artifact you want :D
Argivian Find: Just another opportunity to recover lost cards
Crucible of Worlds: Annoying land-destroyer? nope
Mox Opal: Legendary not without reason
Everflowing Chalice: Nearly endless mana source in combination with the Contagion Clasp or Energy Chamber and Voltaic Key
Ancient Den: Simply another white land. Additionally a artifact
Lux Cannon: Annoying permanents? The charge counters shouldn't be a problem in this deck
Eternity Vessel: Sometimes the last chance against aggro/wheenie decks or massive life loss
