This deck is sea monster tribal like you've never seen it before. There is minimal tribal support since Slinn Voda, the Rising Deep and Whelming Wave are some of just the maybe 5 cards that care about sea monsters, so we want to win from the value of these massive behomoths. Unfortunately, a lot of them are 6 mana plus cards that do very little when they enter the battlefield, so we need some sort of value engine to keep them worth their cost. That's where our commander and companion both come in. Imoti turns all of our big spells into two for ones, and sometimes more if our 7 mana leviathan hits a 6 mana kraken that retriggers for Imoti. Keruga also provides a ton of value after we've run out of monsters, it can refuel our hands and is the reason why we play a lot of permanent based ramp.
Aside from our normal sea monsters, we have some wannabes who are either shapeshifters or very large sea creatures that don't get any tribal support like Pursued Whale. Our card draw is primarily based or creature power like Rishkar's Expertise.
There is an infinite mana combo, but it can be complex to actually win with it. The actual combo is:
(Arixmethes, Slumbering Isle or Gyre Engineer or Selvala, Heart of the Wilds) + (Freed from the Real or Pemmin's Aura) = Infinite Green Mana (any color for Selvala)
To win from there you need:

  1. A way to keep casting spells: (Temur Sabertooth or Brinelin, the Moon Kraken or Hullbreaker Horror)
  2. Something to loop with Keruga (any green spell or just have Temur Sabertooth)
From there you alternate casting your green spell to draw basically all of your deck. You should find Gilded Lotus and Blue Sun's Zenith at this point.
  3. With no cards in your library, cast the Gilded Lotus and use the blue mana to Blue Sun's Zenith to mill out an opponent
  4. Find a way to draw exactly 1 card. This can be easily achieved with Garruk's Uprising.
  5. When you cast you draw 1 spell, use Hullbreaker Horror to bounce the Gilded Lotus (if you were using Temur Sabertooth you can play Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner and untap the Gilded Lotus to get enough blue mana to play the horror)
  6. Replay the Gilded Lotus and repeat the process until you've milled out all of your opponents
Most people won't care once you show that you can draw your deck, but if someone wants you to play out the win, that's how it works. Selvala also makes it easier because you have infinite blue mana which is easier to work with.
I am open to any suggestions on how to improve this deck.
