That's the only Pauper Deck i know to Win on Turn0/Turn1

This Deck is also legal in Legacy.

The only way to win on Turn0/Turn1 is to have 7 perfect cards. The chances to get this 7 cards is about a few percent but it's possible.
The combo of this cards is also possible in Commander ....

I wanted an Infect Pauper deck. When building the deck, I looked for ways to make the mana base faster. With Lotus Petal and Simian Spirit Guide I managed to fix the problem. Then I wanted to test how fast the deck can really be. I noticed that it is really possible to distribute 10 Poisen Counters in Turn0/Turn1 and win the game. Hard to believe right?

you can make this Deck to a low budget version by replacing the Lotus Petal with additional Lands (Evolving Wilds or Terramorphic Expanse) and Mutagenic Growth with Prey's Vengeance or Blossoming Defense.
But then you have no chance for a Turn0/Turn1 win

There are several ways for the perfect starthand. I hope i figured out all of them

first of all my favorite combination for the best starthand :-). It is also the most likly because you need one of each ;-).

• Forest
• Glistener Elf (you need a creature that costs 1 Mana and has Infect)
• Lotus Petal (is needed for more Mana on Turn0/Turn1)
• Groundswell or Might of old Krosa (both gives your Glistener Elf +4/+4)
• Simian Spirit Guide (is also needed for more Mana on Turn0/Turn1) alternatively an additional Lotus Petal
• Reckless Charge (gives your Glistener Elf haste and +3/+0)
• Mutagenic Growth (doesn't cost mana and gives your Glistener Elf +2/+2)

other possible ways are

• 2 mana (1 green and 1 red)
• 1 glistener elf
• 1 reckless charge
• 3 mutagenic growth

• 3 mana (1 green and 2 red)
• Glistener Elf
• Mutagenic Growth
• Assault Strobe
• Samut's Sprint or Reckless Charge

So you can have on Turn0/Turn1 a Glistener Elf with power 10 and haste. Make your opponent 10 Poison Counters and win the game :-)
