To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
This is a typical spell slinger deck with one thing in mind, to have infinite turns. In order to do this you need at least three cards, Mystic Retrieval, Runic Repetition, and either Temporal Manipulation or Time Stretch. With this combo you will be able to cast your extra turn spell and then pick it up out of the graveyard and pick up the card to get the card out of your graveyard out of exile. After this is established you can just go turn to turn building up your army of Spirits, elementals, and monks. To utilize all your tokens, there is Arcane Adaptation to make all creatures spirits so you can sacrifice them to your commander for more spell slinging.
The deck has a pretty big control aspect to it. As long as your commander is out you should just be able to have value from the counter spells alone. If you are looking to go wide with all your tokens you have the option to double them with Anointed Procession Mondrak, Glory Dominus.
As a tertiary win-con you have Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal, by Themselves all you can do is make infinite tokens IF you have a sol ring out or a way to make more than one spirit. But if you are casting it you should have these out, this is an endgame card combo. in order to use this to your advantage you will need either Sorcerer Class or Whirlwind of Thought. one lets you laser you opponents the other lets you draw your deck to whatever you want including lasering your opponents.
When playing this deck, keep an eye on deck size, you can draw your deck fast which could hurt you there are some cards in place to let you have an no hand size, while this is generally good sometimes you need your graveyard filled so you can put it back into your deck with either Learn From the past or Clear the Mind. In order to do this I added a Nahiri's Wrath to discard your hand and to do a pseudo board wipe. if you get to this point make sure you have one of the 2 cards mentioned earlier to refill your deck.
