[SOI] Naya Abbey Tokens (Standard)

Flip that Abbey!

This list has proven surprisingly robust against spells like Radiant Flames and Flaying Tendrils, throughout my testing. It can reproduce tokens very quickly with Nissa, Voice of Zendikar and Arlinn Kord, along with all of the other token producing elements.
However, the best way to get around the issue of boardwipes is Secure the Wastes.
Just wait until their end step and cast it for x=5 (which isnt that hard with things like Cryptolith Rite in play) and Voila! you have enough creatures to sac, and are out of range of their sorceries.

I imagine Kozilek's Return should give us pause but I expect it would only be a sideboard card at best. If you think you are playing against it, try to play your hand slow and force them to cast it.

If they have white and use exile spells:
-1 Dwynen's Elite
-3 Vessel of Nascency
-2 Sylvan Scying
-2 Westvale Abbey
+2 Arlinn Kord
+4 Atarka's Command
+1 Cinder Glade
+1 Game Trail

With this setup, their exile spells will hardly get them any value and you can just try to overrun them with buff tokens.

When playing against black:
-3 Vessel of Nascency
+3 Natural State (to handle Virulent Plague or things like Sphinx's Tutelage)

Be mindful of black spells that might make you sacrifice a creature. Try to keep at least 1 extra token alongside Ormendahl, Profane Prince so you don't have to sac him.

Regarding Vessel of Nascency: I'm flexible on this slot, might consider Oath of Nissa in it's place. The only reason i didn't is because oath doesn't grab enchantments and sometimes you need to find a Cryptolith Rite.
