Play Kalitas as early as possible, then use the multiple forms of removal you have (such as Ob Nixilis Reignited, Go for the Throat, or Attrition) to produce 2/2 Zombies. Then you could win in three ways: by buffing the zombies with cards such as Cemetery Reaper and Undead Warchief and attacking with your horde, or by playing quality vampires such as Bloodline Keeper and Necropolis Regent and attacking with a few strong vampires (better if you can swing in for lethal or have better board state than others), or finally, by dealing commander damage by sacrificing the zombies you created to Kalitas, Traitor of Ghet and equipping Lashwrithe to him to buff his power high enough. For mana ramp/land drops (to have enough to constantly cast removal and Kalitas, as he will be targeted), you have cards such as Cabal Coffers, Caged Sun, and Liliana of the Dark Realms.
