This is a deck I'm interested in trying in the current meta. This deck was around at the start of the format, however Oko helped to keep it down to a degree. I feel the current bo1 meta can support this deck. The current meta is full of small creatures and low to the ground removal.

This deck supplies large early turn blockers, creatures large enough to dodge red removal, and is a beast when the deck curves out properly. A turn 3 Regisaur, Spawn of Mayhem, Questing Beast, or even Rankle is a lot for an opponent to overcome.

The main changes I've made from the typical Golgari builds is to add Find // Finality. I get that it works against your aggressive tempo, however creatures will be removed and we do play two self discard effects. It is nice to have a way to get back into a game against midrange (not so much against control as their removal tends to exile).

I've gone a little lighter on Spawn of Mayhem as Cavalcade and Cooking Cats can drain life pretty fast, and I do not want to add to my own demise too hard.

I like that there are multiple paths you can take to curve out very strong:

1) Knight of Ebon Legion + Growth Chamber Guardian
*holding up mana to threaten the pump makes blocking the pair near impossible early on.

2) Paradise Druid + Big Threat
*dropping bombs on turn three certainly speeds up an opponents clock.

3) Regisaur + The Great Henge
*If Henge hits on turn 4 with mana left up things can get nasty really fast.
