This deck is a tribute to the tragically under-represented Horobi, Death's Wail. His ability is fun, and although it effects the entire table, we can use it to our advantage. This deck isn't really designed to win games, but it makes games very fun to lose. The amount of sheer value that Horobi gets out of some otherwise terrible cards is truly magical.
Mileage depends almost entirely on the pod you play in. Some will kind of ignore you, letting you play how you want as long as you distribute your judgement to players equally. Others will become annoyed that you are preventing them from playing the way that they want to play and focus on eliminating your commander and keeping him down. And I will be the first to admit that this is a very easy feat as Horobi is the definition of a double-edged sword. There is no effective protection either, as equipping or enchanting him will kill him. It is nice not having to deal with Voltron decks though.
The game plan, if you can't figure it out just by looking at the cards, is to basically kill everything that hits the battlefield under your opponents' control. We have lots of artifacts that can sit on the battlefield and continually dole out murder. Some are better than others, and we have a million of them, so I might end up getting rid of a few. We also have some instants/sorceries that do the same so that our opponents can't ever feel safe. Some of them are cantrips, others target multiples, and even a couple can wipe boards.
