Monoblue Devotion - Tempo Version

Wincon: play Tempo creatures, get some dmg in. Tap their creatures Trickster, use Thassa, God of the Sea (if you like) for unblockable dmg, or Master of Waves for big boards.

Combo Wincon is Benthic Biomancer + Wizard Class combo. Level 3 Wizard class gives a Creature a +1/+1 counter, when you draw a card. Biomancer draws a Card when it gets a +1/+1 counter.
You draw your hole deck, and attack with a big Biomancer. If you decide to play Thassa, God of the Sea you can make your big Biomancer unblockable. If it gets removed while attacking, you play your Thassas Oracle wich you will have drawn pretty much guaranteed.

All creatures are wizards for Wizards Retort.

Glaspool Mimic is great if you target a Master of Waves for the Lord effect and even more tokens, but you can use it defensivly with Merfolk Trickster, or Harbinger of Tides.

Big Wincon: Mystic Reflection on the cast trigger of a Master of Waves wins you the game. All Elementals come in as Master of Waves, wich in turn make alot more Elementals. We are talking (at 5 Devotion) -> 72 Elementals with 8/7 stats -> 576 damage just from your Elementals. Best case: You do that flash (leyline) wich does happen quite easily.

For Sideboard options:
unlicensed Hearse is playable instant speed if you have a Leyline out. That means a discarded Parhelion can be removed instant speed and you still have the sac ability from it to exile all graveyards.
Mistcaller exiles all creatures that enter the battlefield if not cast... It answers CoCo and izzet pheonix (you can play it instant speed with Leyline)
