Overview -
This deck uses Glissa's recursion as kind of just a bonus, not necessary to the strategy. Most of the cards and creatures cost 4-7 mana so the deck is built around ramping up to that using cards like expedition map, burnished hart, crypt ghast, solemn simulacrum, etc. Having Glissa on the board, not attacking, will #1 make people think twice about attacking me and #2 help prevent me from becoming the main target immediately if I am not swinging away with her. There are also some huge midgame mana boosters like zendikar resurgent, seedborn muse, sword of feast and famine, to help spit out multiple big creatures at once or a huge genesis wave/exsanguinate

Creature protection -
There are a few enchantments that will help defend my creatures and punish my enemies for killing them such as grave pact. If I have grave pact/dictate of erebos out and a burnished hart, for 6 mana I can play it and sac it, get two lands, and force my opponents to each sac a creature, which lets me get the burnished hart back in my hand again if Glissa is onboard. Fleshbag marauder's ETB gets doubled by these enchantments. Another great enchantment is Death's Presence. This is a great way to beef up Glissa and it combo's extremely well with Gemini Engine since when it attacks it creates a token that gets sac'd at end of combat, then Death's Presence lets me put +1+1 counters on another target. If I put them on the original Gemini Engine, the next time I repeat this the token is twice as strong so the Gemini Engine grows in strength exponentially, and if someone kills it I can put the counters on a different creature :). Throw in a necropolis regent and I wont have enough dice to keep track of all the counters real quick. Asceticism also protects my creatures extremely well for obvious reasons. Mikaeus the unhallowed is another layer of protection for the creatures to give them undying. Nim Deathmantle also helps save my creatures when they die.

Offensive strengths / Win conditions
An extremely mean thing to do is use the Phyrexian Obliterator with Triangle of war, and force my target to sacrifice many permanents (darksteel plate is amazing here). Many of the creatures combo very well with Mimic Vat such as Shriekmaw, Rune-Scarred Demon, Duplicant, Eternal Witness, Fleshbag Marauder, Acidic Slime, Wurmcoil Engine, even Solemn Simulacrum. Its a sick way to abuse these great creatures. Vulturous Zombie can sit around and become big enough to deal lethal damage in a single blow real quick in 4 player games. Mindslaver recursion is another win con.

Equipments -
Getting a Sol Ring and Hero's blade early on can lead to me putting a ton of commander damage on someone fast. A turn 3 Glissa getting Hero's blade equipped for free is brutal. Mid/late game if I have Urborg's out, Lashwrithe can be a game winner along with Rancor giving a recurrable way to give Glissa or any other body trample. Nemesis Mask is a perfect fit for Glissa, and works even better when she has something boosting her power a bit. In one game my opponent had 12 creatures while I had glissa with Lashwrithe, I pulled the nemesis mask and they scooped as soon as I equipped it as none of their creatures had first strike, they were sure to lose them all during that turns combat phase.

Oh crap situations -
Black Sun's Zenith, Mutilate, Oblivion Stone, and Nevinyrral's Disk are there to get me out of a sticky situation. Soul of New Phyrexia will save my creatures from a "destroy" wrath. Steel Hellkite can be a life saver as well or Sylvok Replica to remove a key enemy artifact or enchantment. Deadbridge Chant and Meren of Clan Nel Toth will help with returning more cards from the graveyard. Executioner's Capsule is a staple for Glissa decks for spot removal. Fauna Shaman, Survival of the Fittest, and Tooth and Nail will help me get specific creatures I need for whatever situation I am in.

I will update the deck with the lands at a later date but the most notable ones would be Cabal Coffers and Urborg tomb of yawgmoth which is an easy combo to obtain with crop rotation and expedition map.
