Power Level 7/10 It's just a really good value deck. It lacks a good win condition, but it can make do with token beatdowns.
Speed 1/10 Token beatdown is a really slow way to win the game without perfect hands. The deck is a control deck, play like it.
Consistency 3/10 Most cards don't function that similarily to each other. As such pretty much every hand will play differently, and cycling will ont make up for this difference.
Resilience 7/10 If you don't get taken out it one turn, you can still rebuild. And this deck is really good at rebuilding.
Defenses 8/10 Massive armies of large creatures will keep most decks at bay, while there is only one counter spell in the deck you can constantly recur it fairly easily.
Complexity 8/10 Value decks are generally hard to play, this one isn't an exception and takes it a step further with hand management, board management, and graveyard management all being important parts to making the deck function. It's easy to over play and under play your hand, but difficult to recognive when you're doing it.

Stuff to remember when playing:
Spellpyre Pheonix and Escape Protocol and most forms of cycling cost reduction give you a way to pay 1 to draw 2 cards, don't miss this combo if you draw the pieces.
Thassa's Oracle is only a secondary win condintion, don't try to hard to get it's second effect.
