Fevered Visions: Damage them out while providing huge card advantage
Tutelage: Mill them out using draw spells and Fevered Visions to keep the triggers going
Planeswalkers:
Chandra: Who doesn't like pitching their hand for a bunch of tutelage triggers, or how about a sweeper, or maybe just need some creatures to put the pressure on for the last little bit of damage
Creatures:
Thing In The Ice: Excellent flip card removing all the opponent's threats while providing a substantial blocker
Bedlam Reveler: This is easily going to be a 2-4 costing and can refill your hand if you have no visions as well as provide a decent threat that grows with your spells, just dont want to cast him early and pitch you hand when its needed
Spells:
Magmatic Insight: Draw Spell, Only run 2 since my stores Meta is creature full and need the just the wind
Tormenting Voice: Who doesn't love drawing cards and pitching a just the wind to bounce their creatures : D
Radiant Flames: Great for removing aggro decks threats, can easily break down mono white before the anthems come down
Displacement wave: Mimics thing in the ice to keep the battlefield clear, dont want to case for 3 because it can hit both tutelage and visions
Pore Over The Pages: With tutelage out this can get bonkers, keep hand full and untap key lands to be reused
Collective Defiance: Gonna be used to trigger tutelage a bunch or take out a threat or even finish off the opponent, such a great card with so many options its endless
Lands:
Mirrorpool: Excellent spell/creature copy
Drownyard Temple: Used for magmatic insight to pitch the land that can come back
Wandering Fumarol: Manlands can get in that last bit of damage, great when flooded
Sideboard:
Talent of the Telepath: Use their own cards against them, usually in control matchups add this to provide advantage
Fiery Temper: Excellent addition when they dont have creatures and need just that little bit of dmg to finish them off
Negate: Cause who doesn't love a counterspell, excellent sideboard vs control matchups, was able to counter an awoken part the waterveil to finish milling out my opponent
Just the wind: If dispacement wave isnt working cause they are going big, swap for just the wind to target specific problems
Exquisite Firecraft: Who doesn't love 4 dmg that cant be prevented
