General Description:
This Commander deck is built around the legendary creature Aphemia, the Cacophony. It focuses on a Zombie tribal theme, aiming to overwhelm opponents with a horde of undead creatures while disrupting their plans and controlling the game.

Power Level:
The power level of this deck leans towards the mid to high range, with potent removal spells, efficient card draw, and strong tribal synergies. It can hold its own in both casual and more competitive playgroups. I would say it's a solid 7, maybe an 8.

Win Condition:
The primary win condition revolves around generating a massive army of Zombies through cards like Army of the Damned, Endless Ranks of the Dead, and Grave Titan. Alternatively, disrupting opponents with cards like Contamination, Painful Quandary and Curse of Disturbance can pave the way for victory.

Strategy:
The strategy involves quickly establishing a board presence with Zombie creatures while disrupting opponents with removal spells and hand disruption with cards like Thoughtseize and No mercy. Other cards like Cemetery Reaper, Death Baron, and Lord of the Accursed bolster the Zombie army, while spells like Damnation and Grave Pact keep opponents' boards in check. Some Tutors like Demonic Tutor or Vampiric Tutor will also help to raise your strategy.

Mana Base:
The mana base includes a mix of basic Swamps along with utility lands like Cabal Coffers, Maze of Ith, and Bojuka Bog to support the deck's strategy. Ramp artifacts like Sol Ring and mana doublers such as Jet Medallion help accelerate mana production.

Tribal (Zombie):
As a Zombie tribal deck, the focus is on maximizing the synergy between Zombie creatures. Cards like Cemetery Recruitment, Gravecrawler, and Cemetery Reaper support this theme by either recurring Zombies from the graveyard or buffing them on the battlefield. Creatures like Champion of the Perished will also gain advantages with these zombie symbiotics.

Planeswalker (Liliana, the Last Hope):
Liliana, the Last Hope serves as both a source of removal and a means of graveyard recursion, fitting perfectly into the Zombie tribal theme. Her +1 ability can pick off smaller threats or chip away at opponents' life totals, while her -2 ability can recur key Zombie creatures from your graveyard, providing valuable card advantage and board presence. Additionally, her ultimate ability, the emblem, can be a game-winning threat, especially in longer games where you have filled your battlefield with some Zombies. This emblem will expand your army without any limits. Overall, Liliana, the Last Hope offers versatile utility and incremental advantage, making her a strong inclusion in the deck.

Mana Curve:
The mana curve of this deck isn' t slightly skewed towards the mid-to-late game, with only a few cards of higher-cost spells like Army of the Damned and Necromantic Selection. The main focus is the early-mid game. The cmc of 2.55 is balanced at every stage of the game. However, there are also enough low-cost spells like Cryptbreaker and Sarcomancy to ensure early game plays and maintain tempo. Also early game cards like Bone Shards, Vile Rebirth and Cult Conscript will be a good start and be either still in use at mid or maybe late-game.
