Yuriko (EDH / Commander)

My current Yuriko list, with a few other cards still on the way (a few better unblocakable creatures, Unnatural Selection, Walker of Secret Ways, Mystical Tutor, and a few different lands like Morphic Pool and Tar Pit). This deck focuses on top-of-deck selection and medium-sized payoffs (6-11 mana) instead of focusing on either 10+ mana payoffs that are never played, or a Lab Maniac/Doomsday pile that includes cards that are otherwise mediocre. This means I use a few moderately expensive blue and black cards that also fit with the deck's ninja theme and the wide range of great dimir delve and split cards for interaction that also play well with Yuriko triggers.

Note that Doomsday is in the deck, but generally just used to line up the final triggers that will actually win the game, not as an instant-kill doomsday pile. That said, Nexus of Fate and a few other cards can make an desperation instant kill pile late game if needed. Crafting this pile can be tricky, however, as it usually requires repeatedly discarding nexus of fate to hand size. Make sure you haven't played a Reliquary Tower...
