CORPSEJACK + EVOLVE :

Evolve is a triggered ability that triggers upon a creature entering the battlefield having a higher power or toughness than the creature with evolve.

So Experiment One sees the Corpsejack Menace enter the battlefield and sees that it has higher power and/or toughness and the ability triggers and goes onto the stack.

By the time the ability resolves, the Corpsejack Menace is solidly on the battlefield, and so its ability will impact the addition of the counter from evolve.
