Is this great in the late 2017 meta? No! Is it a ton of fun? Probably! Is it the cheapest modern deck I can build from my collection? Yes!

It's Jeskai Torn, the USA colors used to be the most honorable a fair colors in Magic. Then WWII ended and there was confusion over whether or not Americans are the "good guys" anymore. Born from that confusion is a new president named Nahiri, The Harbinger, and she has the nuke codes ready. She has 8 counterspells to tax neighboring countries back to the stone age, 4 path to exiles to bribe armies with land investments, and 10 good ol' explosive burn cards. The American judicial
system is represented with a Supreme Verdict. And they are ready for a land based invasion with 3 Celestial Colonnade. Intelligence is gathered through 4 serum visions, and a cabinet of 4 snapcaster mage will keep up the value. Then when Nahiri's term is up, she unleashes the superweapon: Emrakul, the Aeons Torn.

Sounds like the American dream deck to me.
