To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
This plays more like a Combo Deck. You kill with Brion equipped with Illusionist's Bracers and any 3 Power Creature + Grafted Exoskeleton.
Instead of Bracers you can use Rings of Brighthearth.
If you lose Grafted Exoskeleton alternatives are killing with Brion + Serra Avatar, Phyrexian Processor, Malignus or Moltensteel Dragon. Feldon of the Third Path recures the last 2 creatures for you.
You can also throw enemy creatures at your opponents with the "Gain Control" effects
Or you just win with Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Zealous Conscripts.
And if all fails you just do beat down with some fatties or cheat on combat step with Master Warcraft.
Notes:
Mana seems excessive, but if you fail to reach 6+ mana fast you won't win and you can't miss on Land Drops early (so more Lands would still be valid).
Maybeboard is huge but you can vary a bit
