Anje Wheel (EDH / Commander)

This is a second build of Anje built entirely off the strength of wheels. Discard synergies as a primary strategy and a few reanimation cards for a big haymaker blowout.

As of August 9th, I feel I'm closing in on my perfect build of this deck. Right now I'm tuning the exact numbers, and have so far landed on a smaller amount of card draw, and a highest amount of wheel payoffs. It's easy to find the missing piece of the engine using Anje in my experience.

As of August 20th, I think this is the build I'm gonna be going for. There has been a ton of soul searching going on, I find it hard to believe I would ever make a decision. At first I wanted to do vampire tribal to make this a bonafide madness commander deck. But tribal is predicated on linear strategies, and at a certain point you begin to run questionable cards. After becoming too content with this build, and sadly realizing that two of my favorite wheels shuffled into library rather than discard, I began to look elsewhere. I pondered stax, reanimation, stax reanimation, and all other flavors. But in the end, my cutesy wheel deck seems to have the most legs, and leaves enough room for fun-ofs (Malevolent Whispers combat trick? Sepulchral Primordial haymaker?).
