DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
The core idea of this deck is to crew vehicles for cheap and then either swing with them or fling them at the opponent. I have gotten multiple turn 3 wins in PPTQ with this deck.
The Land base is relatively straightforward, 4 R/W fast lands, 4 R/W checklands and the rest are basic lands.
The vehicles for beatdown are Consulate Dreadnaught and Heart of Kiran, with Peacewalker Colossus acting more as an enabler. Though swinging with it is also an option.
Fling acts as pseudo protection for when your opponent goes to kill your big artifact creatures and you fling it at them in response. There is something oddly satisfying about hitting your opponent with an enchanted dreadnaught and then flinging it at them.
Huatli is there mostly for here -x ability to clear the way for the vehicles, and occasionally for her +2 that can on average gain you between 6 and 10 life.
Depala is a lord that does side work as card advantage
Restoration Specialist for recuring wrecked vehicles and enchantments
Sram and Veteren Motorist for card draw and scrying respectively
Toolcraft Exempler mostly because it synergies very well with the vehicles and artifacts in the deck
SideBoard:
Sorcerous Spyglass to stop Scarab God, Hidden Stockpile, and a couple other activated abilities
Sweltering Suns for dealing with Tockens and Mono-Red Aggro
Solemnity for the Energy and +1/+1 decks
Cast Out for everything else that difficult to get rid of, can also be cycled.
