To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
This deck is mostly built for flavor: I thought that it would be really fun to play Simic Artifacts with Rashmi as the commander, using the Kaladesh Assembly Line to win games.
Main Combo -- Decoction Module + Fabrication Module + Animation Module + Ashnod's Altar or Krark-Clan Ironworks. The Combo works like this:
1) Play a creature. Trigger Decoction Module (+1 Energy)
2) Trigger Fabrication Module (put a +1 counter on a creature you control)
3) Trigger Animation Module (pay 1 colorless mana to create a 1/1 servo token)
4) The servo triggers Decoction Module again, which triggers Fabrication Module again, which triggers Animation Module again...
5) Sac the newly created Servo to Ashnod's Altar or Krark-Clan Ironworks to get 2 colorless mana, which will pay for Animation Module's effect twice for every one Servo you produce.
6 to N-1) Repeat steps 4-5 an arbitrarily large number of times.
N) You should now have an arbitrarily large number of servo tokens, and arbitrarily large amount of Energy, and an arbitrarily large number of +1/+1 counters on as many creatures as you want.
N+1) Use a combo outlet to win the game. Your best outlet is Triskelion, who can ping everyone to death at instant speed without attacking. Next best is to have Akroma's Memorial down so your massive Servo army can all attack. If the Servos aren't good enough, you can use Architect of the Untamed to spawn an arbitrarily large number of 6/6 Beast tokens instead. Otherwise, just attack your opponents with your creatures that were on the battlefield last turn, which should now have an arbitrarily large number of +1/+1 counters on them.
Pact of Negation is in the deck so that if your opponents try to break your combo, you can counter one attempt to do so even if you don't have the mana to pay for it: you won't need to worry about the delayed trigger if you win before the next turn! Spellskite also makes your combo safer since it can draw creature hate and artifact hate.
Affinity Subtheme -- Cards with High CMC values such as Quicksilver Behemoth and Metalwork Colossus give you huge bang for your buck when casting your first spell for Rashmi, Eternities Crafter. Quicksilver Behemoth you can usually cast for just U, and you can make it return to your hand at the end of combat next turn to cast it again.
Aggro -- If all else fails, swinging at people with a Darksteel Colossus or three (using Phyrexian Metamorph and Saheeli's Artistry to copy it) is a good backup plan. Other large damage dealers include Wurmcoil Engine and Broodstar. Alternatively, an early Steel Overseer copied with Phyrexian Metamorph can quickly become a very large threat.
Other Combos:
Thopter Assembly + Ashnod's Altar or Krark-Clan Ironworks nets you 4 extra mana each turn.
Vedalken Orrery allows you to use Rashmi's ability on other players' turns even though you only have no real instant spells in the deck.
Note: Panharmonicon does not cause Hangarback Walker to enter with double +1/+1 counters, since "This creature enters with X +1/+1 counters" is a replacement effect, not a triggered ability. I learned this one the hard way.
