Originally this deck started as a vessel for all the cards that didn't make it to Angels of Fiery Light. But with the passing of years, this deck's strategy evolved into a Mono-White Prison, with a mayor Angels theme, a mid Control one, and a minor Spirits theme.
It has a semi Midrange focus, centering in spells that exile creatures from the battlefield, like Seal Away and Prison Realm, Control spells like Pacifism, and a couple of boardwipes like Fumigate and Ravnica at War.
And while Belbe's Portal is on the field, the big Angel army can descend. Angel of Flight Alabaster is key in returning all spirits like Spectral Rider, Ghostblade Eidolon and Keening Apparition, Angelic Skirmisher and Archangel of Strife turn things aggro for us, and also big legendary angels like Reya Dawnbringer, Linvala, the Preserver and the beautiful Akroma, Angel of Wrath.
