To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!

(Kethis, the Hidden Hand), is designed for legendary tribal or legendary matters. First up, our creature base is made up almost completely of legendary creatures, except for a few exceptions. With a relatively small basic land base, Hermit Druid helps us to fill our graveyard with legendary cards quickly, and Riftsweeper allows us to grab cards back from exile at a moments notice. All of our other legendary creatures bring a plethora of different utility to the deck, from the praetors to the god-eternals, each legendary creature can help maintain a strong board state.
Secondly, our instants and sorceries. Aside from the typical land ramp with cards like (Cultivate), (Skyshroud Claim), and (Explosive Vegetation), we take advantage of the new legendary sorceries from Dominaria. Aside from being useful in niche situations, (Kamahl's Druidic Vow) and (Urza's Ruinous Blast) help us capitalize on the Legends-matter focus of the deck in meaningful ways. The rest of our instant and sorcery base is made up of different removal spells.
Third, we have our artifacts. Aside from the typical mana rocks, we take advantage of (Mox Amber) in this legends matter deck. (Whip of Erebos) gives the deck some impactful lifelink that our heavy hitting legendaries capitalize on, and (Helm of the Host) lets us duplicate important legendaries at important times. (Isochron Scepter) also pairs with (Pull from Eternity) to allow us to pull our exiled creatures back whenever we want.
Fourth, our Enchantments. We're running several of the legendary enchantments from the Ixalan Block, in one part due to their strong utility, and secondly because they also can serve as exile fodder for Kethis.
Fifth, our Planeswalkers. Liliana brings plenty of of graveyard utility and then the newest Ajani from War of the Spark helps our planeswalkers get bigger and better every turn.
Lastly, our land base. Our land base is mostly made up of several legendary lands from across Magic's history, with few basic lands.
