Stuffylense (EDH / Commander)

Part a: Simple +1/+1 counter. The deck is not going too crazy, but trying to gain some tempo by amplifying the effects (Rishkar, Constrictor, Hardening Scales....). The counters are not to overwhelm with bigh creatures or going wide with a army of buffed dudes, but rather to get value (ramp and stuff).
The other part is the more interesting one: Shooting all creatures and players (with e.g. Pestilence). Your ops' creatures will die and their life totals will shrink while your creatures are growing (Rite of Passage) and you're not caring (Urza's Armor). Giving your creatures lifelink or deathtouch will give you some flexibility with how you want to interact with the board. Stuffy Doll combos with all pings, Blasphemous Act, and Rite of Replication (which can just be used as a plan b if there's another threat on the board).
I tried to pack as much ramp, draw and interaction in it as possible, since the deck seems very slow and needs to be able to find everything it needs asap while not losing to some combo.
I really like that the two commanders both somehow fit either part of the deck. Don't hesitate to get them on the board! There is an infinite / kill everyone now combo (Triskelion + Rite of Passage + Hardening Scales / Winding Constrictor) in there. If you don't want that in there, just take out trisk and put in anything. Maybe a counterspell would be nice?
