To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
The Goal is to develop some manarocks while interacting with your opponents. Kill Combos are Dramatic Reversal/Isochron Scepter + Mana Rocks or Ritual plus Reiterate if you have Mizzix out with at least 4 Counters. Both leads to infinite Mana; from where you can kill your opponents with Comet Storm, Bolt+Reiterate or Blue Sun's Zenith. The whole proliferate engine is included to get to the counters since mizzix tends to die ASAP. All the "free spells" in Frantic Search, Snap and Time Spiral work pretty well with mizzix since you get mana positive out of them. Once they are included it was just obvious to go for High Tide as well to be able to completely freak out with mana and build a solid storm. If you want to continue that route, you can include aetherflux reservoir. I didn't do that since I wanted the Deck to remain semi-competitive.
