To play your deck at an official ("DCI-sanctioned") tournament you need a deck registration sheet. Here you can download such a sheet pre-filled with the cards in this deck!
Please note: This is not an official DCI service. So please always make extra sure that the sheet contains all the cards in your deck and fulfils all DCI requirements. If you notice anything wrong, please let us know. DCI is a trademark of of Wizards of the Coast LLC.
I was going to make another 1$ Commander list similar to the Araumi of the Dead Tide ultra budget list I did some 8 months ago (https://deckstats.net/decks/82368/2051708-1-commander) some time in the future and when I noticed that one of my favorite commanders from Commander Legends Liesa, Shroud of Dusk was available in TCGPlayer for $0.24 I knew the time was now.
This commander is truly amazing and if you have ever played against it you know that it is a win condition on her own. All you need to do is keep replaying her if she is taken out and eventually your opponents realize how futile it is as you have access to half price phyrexian mana to pay her commander tax. Not only that you get hurt removing it and only open the path for your opponents as she'll be back by the time it is your turn again.
So she is card advantage and win condition all by herself and any lifegain you have both negates your life loss from Liesa as well as pays as mana for her tax. So having life gain with her is actually a useful resource generation. And as such it is also possible to use your life as a resource more readily to cast other spells.
With some of the recent high power sets like Commander Legends and Modern Horizons 2 you can actually find more decent cards at price of $0.01. Again as with the Araumi deck this is not meant to be the most powerful iteration of the deck, but one where you can get all non-land cards for $1 and not feel ashamed playing against most preconstructed decks.
